Collection: Pork

Our pork comes from Lowerland Farm in Prieska, Northern Cape - South Africa's only certified organic pork producer. The pigs spend 95% of their time outdoors, foraging through pumpkin fields, vineyards and pecan orchards, while the farm practices regenerative agriculture to keep the soil (and the pork) in great shape.
